What is an escape room?
An Escape Room is a live-action game starring you and your friends, as you solve puzzles, complete challenges, and decipher clues to complete your objective.
What is the price per ticket?
A ticket costs $25 per person.
Do I need an appointment to play?
Yes. All booking is completed online on our booking page. Once the form is completed you will receive a confirmation email.
When can I schedule an escape game?
Games must be booked at least two hours in advance or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
How do I pay?
To pay for your order, fill out the form on our booking page and enter your payment information via credit or debit card. Payment will not be accepted by check or over the phone.
Where can I find the dates and times available?
You can find all of the availability for our games on the "Book Now" page.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings and games are non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals will not be reimbursed. To ensure a positive and fun gaming experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations. We ask that you confirm your booking before making the reservation on our website.
Can I change my scheduled time slot after I've already confirmed my booking?
We will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes if a request is made at least 24 hours before your reservation date.
What happens if I arrive late?
The door to the room closes exactly at the time you signed up for. You will not be permitted to enter the room if you are more than five minutes late. Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to make sure you are there before the room is locked. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
How many participants are in the game?
Our rooms fit 8-10 people in a game. You may be in a game with other people you do not know. The entire group is on the same team working together to escape.
How old do you have to be?
We recommend our games for children age 8 and above. Guests ages 8-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult in the room (at least 1 adult for every 6 kids). Anyone under the age of 18 must fill out a liability release waiver signed by their parent/legal guardian upon arrival. A minimum of two adults must accompany and stay on site with groups of children (including birthday parties) under the age of 13. Infants and toddlers are not allowed in the rooms.
Can I schedule a private show for just our group?
To reserve an entire session for your group, you need to purchase all 8 tickets for that game session. Please contact us if there are no session times available with 8 tickets and we will create a special session time for you.
Can I book with my friends?
Yes! However, we recommend that one person books for the whole group. That way your spots don't get snatched up by other participants. If you do decided to book separately that's okay too, but note that you may be placed with other groups if the room is not full.
Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?
We host a variety of large events from corporate team building activities, birthday parties, youth groups and more. Please contact us for more information.
Will there be other people in the room with us?
If you want a private experience, you can book an entire room, which will allow you to have up to 10 people. If you don't book the entire room, there's a strong chance that others will book the other available spots. But that's okay; the potential of meeting and playing with new people is awesome and adds to the overall experience.
Can I take pictures or videos in the rooms?
There is absolutely no photography or video recordings inside the rooms. We put a lot of time and effort into the design and construction of our rooms, so we don't want to spoil anything for players who haven't gone yet.
Will I be able to use my cell phone?
There is absolutely no cell phone use allowed inside of the room. If you need to take a call, or there is an emergency, you can step outside, but the timer will continue to run. A failure to abide by the rules may result in ejection without refund.
How long is each game?
Each game is 60 minutes long. You'll be reminded by the countdown on the monitor.
Where are we located?
Mission : Escape is conveniently located at 1050 Broadway Suite 3, Chesterton, IN.
Do I need to bring anything?
There is no need to bring anything besides a parent or guardian if you're under 13 years old. All other personal belongings will be in the room with you the entire game. You'll be able to keep an eye on your purses, keys, etc.
What happens if we can't solve any of the puzzles?
During your game, you can ask for clues from the Game Master, so don't panic if you get stuck!
